Where we ship We ship worldwide to most countries. If your location isn't available at checkout, feel free to get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days once dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays outside of our control.

Customs & import duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
